OK, I'm on a mission to lose weight, it's not that I'm fat, it's just that . . . well . . I kinda have a pot belly, I don't eat THAT badly, but I don't do a lot of exercise. So tonight I have started, I have been on a diet since Monday (it's now Wednesday night) and mum said that she doesn't want me to be on one because I could lose weight in places I really don't need too! So I'm doing more exercise, starting off with 30 minutes a night, then making it more time each week till I get to 1 hour XD!
Tonight's exercise we in my room. DANCING!!! Love it! I turn my music up loud and go craaaazzyyy! Then running on the spot, leg lifts, STAR JUMPS - Fun! and high knees. . . - Not so fun! I found the perfect song, it's not too fast, not too slow, It's but one of my fave celebs EVER and it's new!! . . . Acting Out by Ashley Tisdale. It's an awesome song!! I think tomorrow will be harder because I have singing (recording) then I'm going to a play called Art directed by my school's drama teacher, so should be fun! But not lots of time to exercise, so I'll probably dance in my room again before the rents get home XD. Friday is hard too because I do media studies filming that night. From 4 till 9. I guess dancing then too.
Well, I guess that's all I've got to say for now!
OH wait! Reem told me that in a bout a year in a bit Reem, D-lee and idk, some others I think are going to travel to North America. I don't know if i will have the money to go but if I do, COUNT ME IN!!
